Bald is Beautiful
Prince Charles and Mian Nawaz Sharif have one thing in common. They both exhibit the classical sign of male pattern baldness in which hair begins to thin out at the crown and the hairline recedes. It is primarily genetic in origin and triggered by the presence of androgens or male hormones. Male testosterone converts to dihydrotestosterone to which hair follicles become sensitized and begin falling. Women also have male hormones but they also have female hormones to protect their hair roots. But this scientific rhetoric falls by the way side because people do not prefer baldness regardless of the nobility of the cause. Are bald men sexier? Or are the men with a lot of hair effeminate? Difficult to answer but for those who have no control over their receding line, it should help to assure that there are many ways of showing masculinity; in the civilized world of today, most of these opportunities are lost. So, cherish your blatant display of masculinity but don't advertise it for this may one day be declared obscene
